3. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Website or Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required for service delivery.
4. Services
4.1 Scope of Services
We provide customized virtual assistance and online business management services tailored to each Client. Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and scope will be outlined in a proposal, service agreement, or written contract prior to engagement.
4.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or discontinue services at any time. Existing signed agreements will not be affected unless mutually agreed in writing.
4.3 No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to deliver high-quality and efficient support, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance results.
5. Client Obligations
5.1 Communication and Cooperation
Clients agree to provide clear instructions, timely responses, necessary logins, access, documentation, and relevant materials required for the performance of services.
5.2 Responsibility for Final Decisions
The Client retains full responsibility for all final business decisions, compliance obligations, and implementation of recommendations.
5.3 Payment Compliance
Clients agree to pay all fees according to the payment terms outlined in their service agreement or invoice.
6. Fees and Payments
6.1 Pricing
Fees are determined based on custom proposals, retainer packages, project-based pricing, or hourly agreements. All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
6.2 Invoices and Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and/or late fees.
6.3 Refund Policy
Payments for completed services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.4 Payment Methods
Payments are accepted through approved platforms specified in the invoice.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary, financial, strategic, and operational information shared during the engagement.
7.2 We may reference non-identifiable results or testimonials for marketing purposes unless the Client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for the Client become the Client’s property unless otherwise stated in writing.
8.2 YVC retains the right to use non-confidential work samples for portfolio or marketing purposes unless restricted by agreement.
8.3 Clients may not resell, redistribute, or repurpose materials created by YVC for resale without written permission.
9. Limitations of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Virtual Connections shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our Services.
9.2 Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
10. Termination
10.1 Either party may terminate services in accordance with the termination terms outlined in the signed service agreement.
10.2 Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for payment of all completed work and any outstanding balances.
10.3 YVC reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of agreement, or inappropriate conduct.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
12. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Continued use of our Website or Services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any signed service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Your Virtual Connections.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
